Psychometric Assessment 

​

Psychometric Profiling refers to measuring a candidate's relevant strengths and areas for development. The aim of psychometric tests is to gain an accurate bearing of the candidate's cognitive abilities personality/behavioural style and overall 'fit' for a position and a business. It also can be used in leadership training and development to provide invaluable information on communication, management, decision-making, and coping styles.

• All workshops are facilitated by a Principal Psychologist with experience across both organisational and clinical settings. 

• Workshops are capped at 20 participants to ensure maximum learning is achieved.

• Multiple workshops offer a discounted fee of 15% of total pricing before GST.

• Programs can be delivered as a 1-2 day program or as separate workshops over multiple weeks.

​Employee Assistance Programs

​

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a work-based intervention program designed to enhance the emotional, mental, and general psychological well-being of all employees. A standard EAP service offers employees 3-5 paid sessions per calendar year. 

 

EAP fees are set at $275 per 55-minute session. This fee is on-charged to the client once the employee has booked their session. Inclusive in the fee structure is a complimentary quarterly report detailing a range of information relatable to the service.  The service is confidential and therefore information in relation to the nature of the counselling is limited.
