Natalie's approach to therapy is warm, non-judgmental and goal-oriented. She believes that people have the natural resources to make positive changes in their lives and  that changes occur most rapidly when people can tap into these resources with the support of a compassionate, committed and experienced professional.

Natalie uses a blend of EMDR and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as the platform for therapy and treatment. Her goal is for her clients to feel comfortable, understood, empowered and educated through their work in therapy together in order to live a higher quality of life.

Natalie has been practising as a Psychologist since 2001. She is passionate about working with clients, empowering each person to reach their full potential and live a rich, fulfilling and meaningful life. Natalie has a particularly strong interest in stress & burnout management, anxiety, and trauma counselling and enjoys designing & facilitating high quality mental health awareness workshops.  Natalie is available for public speaking and can design and facilitate a range of tailored mental wellness workshops for schools and organisations. These include; stress, resilience, mental wellness and psychological safety.
